Meet the Orange County Team Behind Mortons Air Duct Orange County

We’re a crew of locals who know Orange County homes because we live in them too. From Anaheim condos with compact duct runs to older ranch houses in Fullerton and two-story builds in Irvine, the homes here have their own quirks, and we’ve been working inside them since 2005. What unites our team is simple: we treat your home the way we’d want ours treated. Shoe covers on. Drop cloths down. A straight answer before any work begins. Our People

Marcus D. – Lead Technician

Marcus has spent over a decade running duct cleaning crews, and he’s the person we send when a system hasn’t been touched in years. He’s Rotobrush-certified and handles the heavier Nikro equipment on larger commercial-style duct runs. Marcus is methodical about airflow: he’ll check returns, supply registers, and the plenum before the cleaning even starts, so he knows exactly what the system needs. Outside work, he restores old mountain bikes and has two rescue dogs named after Angels players.

Elena R. – Senior Installer, Dryer Vent Specialist

Elena focuses on dryer vent cleaning and re-routing, which means she’s often working in tight laundry rooms and crawl spaces around Orange County. She’s certified on Abatement Technologies equipment and specializes in detecting clogs in long vent runs, the kind you find when a dryer sits on an interior wall in a Corona del Mar beach cottage or a Lake Forest track home. Elena keeps the jobsite tidy enough that even the family cat has given her approval, more than once. She’s also our go-to for homes with pets, because she’s deliberate about pet-safe product choices and keeping noise low.

Sam T. – Service Coordinator

Sam is likely the first voice you’ll hear when you call (831) 244-9367. He’s been answering phones for local service businesses since his college years at Cal State Fullerton, and he’s the reason every call gets a live human, day or night. Sam schedules crews, walks customers through what to expect on the day of service, and sends the before-and-after photos on every completed job. He knows the Orange County map cold, which means he can tell you honestly when we can get to Fountain Valley versus San Clemente. Sam also runs our toughest quality check: he follows up to confirm you’re fully satisfied before the job is marked complete.

Diego M. – Apprentice Technician

Diego joined us two years ago and has been learning under Marcus and Elena ever since. He’s working toward his Rotobrush operator certification and already handles filter inspections and register removal on most residential jobs. Diego grew up in Santa Ana and notices details, the kind of details homeowners care about, like a wobbly register cover or a filter that’s been installed backwards. He’s also the one who double-checks that drop cloths are laid before a single tool comes through the door. When he’s not on a job, he’s coaching youth soccer or perfecting his grandma’s pozole recipe.
